Cookie Policy

At CorpifyInc ("CorpifyInc," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to maintaining your privacy while providing a seamless user experience. This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on our website and services. Essential storage is used only when needed for core functionality, security, and your privacy choices. Optional analytics, marketing measurement, and privacy-protected session replay are controlled separately and remain off unless you affirmatively enable the corresponding choice.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function more efficiently, as well as to provide information to website owners.

Cookies can be categorized into the following types:

  • Essential Cookies: Necessary for the website to function and cannot be disabled in our systems. They are typically set in response to actions made by you, such as setting your privacy preferences or logging in.
  • Performance and Analytics Cookies: When enabled, these cookies allow us to monitor site traffic and performance to improve the website. They can collect information such as pages viewed, referral sources, and performance measurements.
  • Functionality Cookies: These cookies allow us to remember your preferences and choices (such as language settings) to provide a more personalized experience.
  • Advertising and Measurement Cookies: When enabled, these cookies or tags can measure advertising interactions and conversions and help us understand campaign effectiveness.
  • Session-Replay Technologies: When enabled, these technologies help us understand how public informational pages function by reconstructing privacy-protected interaction events.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

2.1 Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of our website. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of our website or use any shopping cart feature.

2.2 Performance and Analytics Cookies

After you enable Site analytics, we may use traffic and performance measurement services to understand how visitors use public areas of our website and evaluate real-user performance. We use this data to improve the performance and design of our website. Analytics is not loaded on authentication, checkout, application, or private dashboard routes.

2.3 Functionality Cookies

Functionality cookies enable us to provide enhanced features such as personalized content, remembering your preferences, or language settings.

2.4 Advertising and Measurement Cookies

After you enable Advertising, advertising tags may measure campaign interactions and conversions. A combined tag container is restricted to public informational pages and runs only when Site analytics, Advertising, and Experience insights are all saved as enabled; it never runs for an advertising-only choice. A controlled conversion tag may also run on the public application and services-checkout funnel using a sanitized page location with no query string or fragment; it is not loaded on sign-in, password-reset, payment-result-token, document, or private dashboard routes.

2.5 Privacy-Protected Session Replay

After you separately enable Experience insights, we may use privacy-protected interaction replay on public informational pages to diagnose usability and performance issues. A combined measurement service may also run only when all three optional categories are enabled. These tools are not loaded on authentication, checkout, application, or private dashboard routes. Our replay integrations are configured to reduce the collection of form, URL, console, and network data where those controls are available.

2.6 Support Chat Storage

Our customer-support service may use storage needed to keep the support widget and conversations available. The always-available widget receives technical context, including the current page address. Information you type in chat is sent to the support service. Do not put sensitive personal data in page-address parameters, and do not send passwords, full payment-card details or CVV codes, Social Security numbers, or other government identifiers through support chat.

2.7 Cookie Duration (Lifespan)

  • Session Cookies: These are temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser.
  • Persistent Cookies: These remain on your device until they expire or are deleted. Depending on their purpose, persistent cookies can last anywhere from a few days up to 12 months or more.

No Sensitive Data in Cookies
We do not store or transmit sensitive personal information (e.g., credit card numbers, health data) in cookies. Please do not provide such data to be stored in cookies or similar technologies.

3. How We Use Cookies

Subject to the consent rules above, we use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Enhance user experience by remembering your preferences.
  • Analyze website traffic and performance when you enable Site analytics.
  • Measure campaigns and conversions when you enable Advertising.
  • Review privacy-protected public-page interactions when you separately enable Experience insights.
  • Improve the functionality and design of our website.
  • Maintain customer-support availability and conversations.

4. Managing Cookies

You can select Allow to enable all optional tools or use Settings to control Site analytics, Advertising, and Experience insights separately. In Settings, Necessary is always enabled and cannot be changed. The Necessary only switch turns off and locks all optional controls. You can change a saved choice later without losing access to core site functions. You can also configure your browser to block cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent.

Note: If you disable or block certain cookies (especially Essential or Functional Cookies), some features of our website may not function as intended.

For more detailed instructions on how to manage cookies, please refer to your browser's help section. You may also find helpful information at:

5. Third-Party Cookies

We may allow third-party service providers to use cookies or similar storage for customer support and, after you enable the relevant optional category, analytics, advertising measurement, or experience insights.

These third-party cookies are governed by the privacy policies of the respective service providers. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party services to understand how they collect and use data. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

6. Cookie Consent and Preferences

We request an explicit choice before enabling non-essential analytics, advertising measurement, or session replay. You can manage your preferences at any time through:

  • The settings in your web browser.
  • The cookie consent controls available on our website.

The first consent layer provides Settings and Allow actions. For a visitor without a saved choice, Settings initially presents the three optional controls as enabled, but opening Settings alone does not activate them. They take effect only after Save choices or Allow. Necessary is shown enabled and locked; Necessary only turns off and locks all optional controls before saving. Optional browser tools are mounted by our application only after the corresponding saved choice. A combined tag container runs only after all three optional categories are saved enabled. All replay remains restricted to public informational pages.

Customer support operates independently of those optional tracking choices.

7. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals

When a supported browser sends a Do Not Track signal or enables Global Privacy Control, we keep optional analytics, marketing measurement, and session replay disabled while that signal is active. An active browser opt-out takes precedence over a previously saved website preference.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly use cookies or similar technologies to collect personal data from children through the Services. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us at [email protected].

9. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our business operations. We will provide additional notice or request consent where applicable law requires it.

11. Legal Disclaimer

This Cookie Policy describes our current browser-storage and tracking practices; it is not legal advice to users and does not create warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Liability relating to the Services is governed by our Terms of Use and applicable law. Disabling optional technologies does not waive any privacy or consumer right.

12. International Users & Legal Requirements

Where applicable law requires prior consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we request that choice before activating them. Availability of the core Services does not depend on enabling optional analytics, advertising measurement, or session replay.

Your use of the website does not by itself constitute consent to non-essential tracking.
